We're here to support and encourage you through your breastfeeding journey!
La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns.

Common breastfeeding questions and concerns:
- I'm pregnant, how can I prepare to breastfeed?
- Am I making enough milk?
- Nursing and sleep issues
- Getting started with breastfeeding and possible struggles
- Going back to work/pumping
- Safe medications and breastfeeding
We will listen to your concerns and questions and try to provide you with a wide array of options that we hope you will find useful. Feel free to take what you want, and leave the rest.
Mom-to-Mom support
In addition to offering phone help, we offer monthly support group/meetings. These too are free of charge and offer you the option to get hands-on help if you choose. We encourage you to bring your children with you! These meetings are also a great way to meet new people and even make new friends!
